2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Places for logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Use

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such recipient groups:
    • hosting company on the basis of entrustment
    • postal operators
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be processed for longer than necessary to perform activities related to them specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

    • and data transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 against the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, whereby the right to object cannot be exercised if there are important legitimate grounds for processing overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, investigation, or defense of claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, against the actions of the Administrator.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Service.
  7. Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, to provide services under the concluded contract and to conduct direct marketing by the Administrator, may be taken against you.
  8. Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the regulations on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

  1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The service may store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Service may save information facilitating the connection of data in the form with the user’s e-mail address filling out the form. In this case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the url address of the page containing the form.

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on the website, through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer any personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
